Roast Potato Salad

Fast, flavourful and fun – yes, we’re talking about salad! This one include spiced potato, sweet potato, carrot red onion plus a scattering of our essential gourmet food salt No.1 Sel Du Jardinier (Garden). Time to start cooking!


Ingredients - Roast

  • Potatoes (I like baby chats and leave the skin on)

  • Sweet Potatoe

  • Carrots

  • Red Onion

  • Garlic Clove

  • Olive Oil / Pepper

  • SEL DU JARDINIER SALTS

Step 1: Chop, add olive oil, seasoning salt and pepper. Keep garlic clove whole. Roast until tender inside, crunchy on the outside!

Ingredients - Salad

  • Celery

  • Shallots

  • Tin Corn

  • Red Capsicum

  • Boiled Eggs


Step 2: Dice salad vegetables, ¼ eggs


Ingredient - Dressing

  • Roasted garlic clove

  • Whole egg mayonnaise

  • Slithered almonds

  • Smoke paprika


Step 3: Squish roasted garlic from cloves and mix with mayonnaise, lightly roast slithered almonds


Step 4: Mix 1 ½ salad ingredient with roasted veges and add mayonnaise. Place in salad bowl and dress the top with remaining salad, eggs, almonds and a light sprinkle of smokey paprika.
